What motivates me?

Motivation for me at this point in my career is being able to devise the right solution, implement it, and ensure it provides the impact and desired change. Too often in corporate America we work on projects that get shelved due to politics. Being a solutions consultant allows me to see my ideas take shape, and hopefully change the way people work, for the better.

What makes a great leader?

Getting the right people in the right jobs–and then empowering and inspiring them everyday.  Having the courage to admit when they don’t know what they don’t know.  Being courageous enough to admit a mistake, but being decisive enough to fix them.

What’s your advice to the job seekers of the world?

Be truthful and do something that you love…or at least really like.
