What motivates you?

I'm motivated by the impact talent acquisition has in the world. The impact goes from improving people’s lives to the bottom line of any organization of any size. Humans are an imperfect product and the challenges that come from dealing with humans is what motivates me.

What makes a great leader?

Cultural empathy—I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela and lived in 3 different cities in the U.S., and played sports with people from all over the world. I have the ability to relate and understand anyone's background.

What’s your favorite part about working at MSH?

People, culture and potential of the organization. In almost 6 years, there has never been a dull day. Always dealing with different people who share a common goal and vision.
