Since our company was founded in 2011, we have focused on two key areas of an organization that we felt were not just underserved, but also misunderstood: Talent and Technology. While back then many of the biggest companies in our current world were already smartly beginning to deploy heavy resources in those verticals, other companies fell behind, lacking that same progressive mindset. They saw the HR and IT functions as “back of house” cost centers rather than the strategic imperatives they can and should be.

With both functions having their own complexities and nuance, our company organized into two distinct business units specializing in these different verticals. We knew this was the only way to provide maximum consultative expertise and efficiencies when delivering for our clients.

Our Talent Solutions business focuses on our customers requiring Full Time hiring programs and initiatives, including full or partial outsourcing of recruitment, TA process design and assessment, and early in career talent programs.

Our Technology Solutions business supports some of the most innovative tech driven organizations in the world delivering transformational solutions that include On and Offshore Managed Services, Project based Hiring, and deploying Software as a Service.
