As CTO, Carl plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our software startup's SaaS solution, Aeon, for hiring teams. He is deeply involved in all aspects of product development, from technical architecture to product design, ensuring that our Aeon is innovative, user-friendly, and meets the needs of our customers.

Chance brings 26+ years of global technology leadership and IT Service management experience to the table. He is an expert in business development, team leadership, client relationship management, strategic account development, and customer needs assessments, and has hit the ground running expanding and enhancing our Technology Solutions business.

Corey joined MSH in 2011 and has led the Talent Solutions business since 2021. He has held various roles at the company within research, recruiting, client services, and management.

Kurt uses strategic insight, optimized solutions, and a collaborative approach to provide talent solution programs to clients, from implementation to support—managing external partnerships and internal delivery teams.

Sami oversees the people experience for MSH. She leads the North America HR team, working closely with both our internal recruiter and HR generalist to ensure that we identify the best fitting candidates for our team and provide a smooth onboarding.

Always pushing the boundaries of technology and leveraging his extensive management expertise, Sayan leads MSH’s India team in the execution of a variety of strategic talent acquisition and offshore technology solutions.

Thapaswini is a Senior HR Business Partner for MSH India and a certified Strategic Technology Recruiter. TP is responsible for managing daily operations, performance management, compensation & benchmarking, rewards & recognition along with in-house talent acquisition.
