WHAT MAKES A GREAT LEADER?

Someone who would never ask somebody to do something they wouldn’t do themselves. The ability to build credibility and trust with the team, but be genuinely transparent.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT WORKING AT MSH?

I love helping people hit their personal and professional goals as well as designing customized solutions for clients that help them win.

WHAT’S YOUR ADVICE TO THE JOB SEEKERS OF THE WORLD?

Don’t blindly apply to jobs, have a plan. Prepare for the role you interview for like it’s your job to lose. Things start to get real after getting an offer, so spend time before and after the interview process evaluating whether this is the right opportunity long-term and if it aligns with your motivations. If you’re good at what you do, the money will come so chase opportunities that provide growth, learning, and impact.
