Since our inception in January 2011, Technology and Data has been a key component of our high service levels and effectiveness. In the earliest days of our firm, we shared Client Scorecards with our customers that transparently shared data around our candidate funnels and reasons candidates were or were not interested in a company. Why did we make that a priority? We always understood our clients weren’t just coming to us to identify great talent. They want to know the insights and valuable data we gather going to market on any given search. 

A LOT has changed in Technology since then, with some of the biggest advancements being the proliferation, access, and insights driven by accurate Data. From Data Lakes to Data Schemas to Data Science, we as an organization know data and the insights it drives is our bedrock, foundational to any success we have had and will have going forward. Whether it be our market research teams based out of India, our access to market tools both built and bought, or are ability to show real time data accurately and transparently our firm is committed to continuing to evolve – and data leading the way on how, why, and when we do!

AEON: Our proprietary in house ATS/CRM isn’t just a repository of customer and candidate data. It is a living, breathing, technology platform built on data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning that learns our candidates, our customers, and our team over time. Why is this important? Because it leads to an increase in successful hires, reporting at your fingertips, and a customer experience that seamlessly integrates the best of technology and human intervention. 

Technology Advisory: As our company and offering grows, we know Technical Leaders want to work with true technologists. Not ones that read up on technology. Whether it be the software engineers we hire to recruit, leveraging our consultants to build technical qualification strategies, or our Managed Service and Deliverable based offerings out of our Technology Solutions business - we live, breath, and sleep technology. AUTOMATION/MACHINE LEARNING/AI

A lot of tactical components, like pre-screening, can be automated through our chat bot, Alice. Alice allows for a real-time response capability, which solves a main problem in the candidate experience. Alice’s AI also helps with matching and utilizes natural language and is continually learning from each interaction.

This machine learning is able to understand the requirements you have and the positions you need filled and match candidates at a much deeper and more sophisticated level than you see with traditional recruitment.

Through this AI, we can also glean a better understanding of each candidate—who they are, what their desires are, how long they’ve been in the process–all those things will be factored into the way that Alice interacts with them. This leads to a more superior customer service experience—it will be like you’re talking to someone trained in strong customer service technique and quality.

Predictive Analytics will show the likelihood of a candidate being a success, being with the company for a number of years, and who is most likely to hit all their performance review metrics and objectives throughout their employment.

Based on how we generate our candidate talent scores, we have access to different data and have additional analytics on which candidate will be the best fit for your role, team, and company

We also use analytics to help you understand how your business is running and if you’re in line with engagement targets. We manage service offerings, and we can leverage our predictive analytics to understand traditional hiring spikes, with different client partners on a year-to-year basis. This capability also lets us scale programs up or down as needed.

We are now looking to take Alice and our AI platforms to the mobile app world. When complete, this mobile app will allow for more real-time, on demand interaction and full transparency. Two qualities that we believe are integral to all successful client and candidate experiences.

In addition, we have a large internal technology team that is day-to-day building out technology for us internally including applicant tracking, customer relationship management tools, algorithmic search matching, and looking to provide a mobile and digital experience that enhances the way our clients and candidates interact with our business.
