For some time now, talent acquisition teams have been leveraging digital tools such as social media and video interviewing to reach and appeal to candidates in new ways. But recent advances in the space are making it more important than ever for recruiters to have these “tools” in their “tool belts”.

Properly leveraging digital and social channels can help organizations reach the millennial workforce that spends more time on social channels than any other age group. It can give prospective hires an immersive understanding (either through video or VR) of a company’s culture and what it’s really like to work there. By presenting candidates through video profiles, rather than with traditional resumes, we have the power to truly change the way people are selected to work for an organization.
