First Ever “Tech on Tap” Networking Event a Success
On August 3, MSH held its first ever “Tech on Tap” event, an AutoNation-branded networking event targeting South Florida technologists.
MSH is excited to announce that seasoned business consultant and leader, Oscar Perez, has joined our growing team.
As the new Vice President of Consulting Services, Oscar connects our clients with transformative solutions and services that help them confront any business challenge. Working closely with Sam, Oz, Mike, and everyone here at MSH, it’s Oscar’s responsibility to help us grow our consulting practice.

Oscar brings over 20 years of consulting leadership experience, driving solutions and services for clients in a variety of industries. His breadth of real-world international experience in finance, operations, and technology leadership roles will help MSH better understand the business and technology challenges of our clients.

Oscar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University and an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University. His career success began at Arthur Andersen, where he first learned how to provide consultative solutions to clients. After Andersen, he worked at Adjoined Consulting, and next joined Desca as Chief Financial Officer. Oscar also worked at CareCloud as Vice President of Operations. While at CareCloud, Oscar led the professional services, consulting, and implementations teams in executing CareCloud’s proprietary healthcare IT software solutions for doctors’ offices, medical groups, and small hospitals. Most recently, Oscar was the Chief Technology Officer at Ilumno International University System, where he led the digitization of universities and their migration to the cloud.
Oscar has also led software development and technology integration efforts including the creation of a professional services automation software solution, and a mobile student application used throughout Latin America. Outside of work, Oscar is a top fundraiser every year for the annual Coral Gables Multiple Sclerosis Walk.
