  • A top brand in the Consumer Packaged Goods space was having a good problem. It was growing both rapidly and globally  through brand building and company acquisition. Over time the downside of that rapid growth was being realized as the brand weakening and the organization was becoming more decentralized, running as individual entities. A new leadership team was brought in to lead a critical transformation, around 4 core beliefs: strategically simplify the portfolio and organization, strengthen core capabilities, expand margin and cash flow, and reinvigorate profitable top line growth.
