Our Talent & HR Advisory services is the management consulting practice within MSH. This division is specifically set up to advise CHRO's and/or business leaders on best practices. Below are the key advisory solutions:

  • Assess and Build: This service is designed to help companies design or improve an entire HR function and/or HR process. Our team of professionals conduct thorough analysis on the current state, and develop a strategy and implementation plan based on the desired outcome of our clients.
  • Employer Branding: This service allows our clients to see their company through external eyes. We help review your current recruitment and social media platform, your employee value proposition, identify gaps, and rebrand your image to the public.
  • Diversity: This service is focused on developing recruitment strategies that cater to our client’s diverse needs. This includes building programs to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent through job postings, employee branding, and market placement.
  • Early in Career Talent: As either a compliment to a Campus RPO, or as a standalone offering, this service designs competitive programs, appealing job descriptions, branding material, planning, hosting events, etc.

  • M&A/Integration: Offers a wide range of short, medium, and long-term consulting assignments to assist our clients going through large mergers or acquisitions. These services range from process restructuring, to system integration and human capital.
  • IT Portfolio Management:  Helps identify opportunities for improvement in process and data standardization, automation, and organizational behavior. We also provide project planning, scoping, and change management practices, while providing the tools and infrastructure to implement change.
  • Data Science and Analytics: Provides our clients with services including: in-depth knowledge of SAS, python coding, SQL database/coding, programming and statistical skills, communication and data visualization skills, etc.

Corporate Finance:
