Job Duties: Responsible for the end-to-end design, development, administration, and automation of enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and data delivery systems. Involved in Cognos administration, data visualization tools, workflow automation (Stonebranch), and cloud migrations across multi-environment ecosystems (on-prem and cloud). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure availability, scalability, and performance of BI and automation solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Administer and maintain Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI platforms, ensuring stability, availability, and optimized performance in multi-tiered environments. Administer and maintain Stonebranch automation platforms, including workflow orchestration, event-based triggers, and job monitoring across DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments. Develop Python-based automation scripts and reusable frameworks for deployment management, data integration, and job execution monitoring. Perform BI platform upgrades, patch management, and environment migrations with minimal business disruption. Design and developdashboards, data models, and analytical reports to provide actionable insights to business and technical stakeholders. Integrate BI tools with ServiceNow, Git, Jenkins, and other enterprise automation systems for continuous integration and automated alerting. Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated alerting, and error-handling frameworks to improve data reliability and reduce manual intervention. Lead data and BI platform migrations to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Oracle) and containerize workloads using Kubernetes and Docker for scalable deployment. Conduct platform governance, license audits, and performance tuning to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Provide technical mentorship and training to junior administrators and analysts on BI platform operations and automation tools. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver high- impact BI and automation solutions aligned with enterprise goals. Prepare and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles for operational continuity. Serve as a strategic contributor to the growth of enterprise projects, enabling future opportunities and
supporting the company’s long-term business objectives. Use of Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, Informatica, Python, Java, Stonebranch, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, PowerShell, Oracle, SQL Server, Linux, and Windows.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. Plus 8 years of progressive experience in the job offered or a related occupation including BI Administrator, Software Engineer, or related experience. Position requires 6 years of experience with Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, Python, and SQL Server and 2 years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Stonebranch, ServiceNow, and either Azure or AWS. 40hrs/week.
